Renting system for bicycles developed by one of our distributors incorporating electronic boards and RFID readers by Kimaldi Electronics. Network renting system for bicycles is located strategically in different cities, promoting by this way alternative urban transportation.

A few months ago, we introduced the first application: automatic loan system for bicycles. This applications has grown quickly, both in Burgons and other cities, where alternative urban transportations is been promoting.

RFID readers has been improved for this application, so the software management makes easy the administration and control.

Each bicycle incorporates a RFID tag, a small chip that broadcast by radiofrequency an unique code that identifies the bicycle. This RFID tag is remotely read by a RFID device reader, which allows to know if the bicycle is at the renting bike station, and where it is exactly located.

Users make use of proximity cards, a radiofrequency card very similar to credit cards with an unique code to identify the user. Once the system has identified the user, a bicycle is assigned to him and automatically, and it is released from the bicycle park.

Every hired bicycle, is assigned to the identified user, so you can manage that the user returns the bicycle according to a schedule.
