Access control by RFID cards for members and not members of a marina.
The marina’s car park and installations access control is not always safety due to the high people’s traffic, overall in months of large number of people and activities.
This solution has the purpose of installing a reliable and safety access control for public and private car park management and for the marina’s installations access control.
The application is developed with radiofrequency cards, both for marina’s members to park their car and the get to the enclosure, and also for not members which just want to get their car parked.
ACCESS CONTROL TO BOTH PUBLIC AND PRIVATE CAR PARK ZONES
The car park is divided in two zones, private car park zone and public car park zone.
Only members’ car park access control is controlled by a reading camera registration number, a sliding door and a barrier.
The entrance to this zone is made in the following way:
- After validating proximity member card, the sliding door opens, once it’s opened the reading camera registration number is activated. Only after checking if the registration number is correct the system will allow the access by opening the access control barrier.
- For the exit, the member proximity card is checked in order to open the sliding door and the barrier together.
System movements sequence is carried out by the access control Kimaldi NdCAN Max board, connected by radiofrequency to the central system.
Members’ car park and public car park access control. During daytime access gate remains opened, but during the night remains closed in order to make a more reliable access control to de car park. So, after checking proximity card, the gate is mid-opened to allow pedestrian access, or totally opened to allow vehicle access.
Access control barriers to public car park and also for members work with a proximity card or a ticket. Both cases car registration number is checked, for members the systems checks if car registration number is authorized, and for not members the system prints car registration number into the ticket.
Pedestrian accesses are those which are made to get some installations of the marina. Pedestrian access control is done by a reader network specially prepared for external surrounds, which limit the access to private bathrooms, laundries, social zone and the rest of the dependencies which are exclusively for members use.
So, access control to marina’s car park, both public and private, is done under maximum security guarantee.
This solution is ideal for external surrounds, with high traffic of people in which is necessary to take an access control.
It can be carried out with radiofrequency cards or tags combining with a proximity reader or a proximity readers system.
It’s a simple and very easy to install solution which assures a reliable and safety access control.
