Time &Attendance control and messages communicator for employees without a PC device.
This Solution has been made by one of our distributors to create a time&attendance control system and communicate with the employees who don’t have a mail account or a PC device. With this system it’s possible to make all kind of communications with employees from any department.
For that an on-line time&attendance control system has been implement through a BioMax2 device connected to a display, which is completely integrate in the company database systems.
When the user introduces its keyword in the time&attendance control device the systems sends out personalized reports for the employee. It’s possible to connect it to external systems and nowadays it’s completely integrated with the Nómina Plus from SP Group and People Net from META4. Besides, it’s also possible to connect it to almost all human resources’ software and ERP of the market, thanks to the system’s database SQL Server.
COMPLETELY MESSAGING AND PAYSLIP’S SYSTEM
Time&Attendance control system allows to personalize messages addressed to specific users. When the user logs into the system the display shows the messages the company wants to give him, like change shifts, holidays, etc. Also allows to show global messages to all the employees, local holiday, employees promotions, security rules, etc.
It’s a centralized system and can configure the messages from any pc of the company in a simple and intuitive way. From the central pc you can check time&attendance control in real time knowing which employees are working in a specific moment, which are taking a break, etc.
Besides, the messaging system allows the users to make petitions like holidays, special permissions, change shifts, etc. From the human resources department the permissions can be agreed totally or partially. Also, you can control which users have read the messages and which don’t, in order to avoid sending messages to be agreed.
Optionally, after being logged in, each user can print the payslip from the device system. The printing system can be integrated with the messaging system, so it’s possible to send any document to an employee to be printed at the moment he logs into the system
It’s very useful to companies with different head offices and manufacture line employees with no access to a PC during the work hours. So, by means of the time&attendance control device you can have a total managing of the employees’ messages with a personalized communication and saving extra work to departments and the employees.
