Software application by off-line modules for hours, time&attendance and access control

This system operates autonomously and allows the communitacion on-line to recover the registered access, enrolments and monitoring in real time. Biometric, RFID and / or magnetic stripe identification.

- To know who has acceded, when and for how long.

The software manages the modules Kimaldi Kreta2. By this way, the module can operate autonomously. It can use on-line connectivity for enrolments, updating logs in real time.
The software allows to use any type of different models of Kreta2: with fingerprint biometric identification, high and low frequency proximity cards and magnetic stripe cards.

Employees information, task and identification are logged to the software and afterwards are assigned to the modules where they can accede. The software manages all the network terminals and to give the access depending on the tasks or any other circumstance.

This software solution is very useful for Human Resources department, because it allows to manage very easily, convenient and safe schedules, attendance, absenteeism from work, overtime and salaries. It is perfect for employees management in small and big enterprises, Civil Services or even for customers at health or leisure resorts.
