Loyalty card system and pet identification for the total management of the veterinarian visits, and for keep the check of vaccines and medical history.

The solution has been developed by one of our distributors to make a total management system of the pet medical histories, to generate warnings when it’s time of vaccines, revisions, etc.

The veterinarian clinic is managed through software that controls all the pet entries, its clinic histories, the revisions, vaccines, the operations, etc. The system it’s a great help to notify the pet owners, keeping the control of visits, when it’s time to revision, vaccination, etc.

All these functions complement with the implementation of a loyalty customers and pet card printing system.

The solution involves printing a loyalty card for the pet owner. All the actions done to the pet get registered, operations, revision, vaccines, medicines, etc.

CUSTOMERS AND PETS LOYALTY

The loyalty cards’ working is very easily:

The owner takes his pet to the veterinarian clinic. There he gets a loyalty card with all customer and pet data, and it is associated to the pet medical history.

Every time the owner takes his pet, the loyalty card will be red by a magnet stripe card reading and the clinic history will be visualized, so the doctor will know which have been the medical treatments the pet have received.

This solution is characterized for its versatility and adaptability, so allows to be applied both in a unique veterinarian clinic and in a chain veterinarian clinic, creating a dense and strong customer’s loyalty net. If the owner takes his pet to a different clinic, by reading the loyalty card, the pet history will appear into the computer. Besides, the loyalty card can have different technologies depending on the customer needs: magnetic stripe cards, proximity loyalty cards, smart cards, biometrics for a high security, etc.

The use of proximity cards can be very useful for those clinics which have all the system integrated in only one loyalty card, so its high security allows to manage all data in a secure and not transferable way. Besides, the system allows to incorporate promotions and special offers depending on the customers spends.
