The BioAPI Consortium was founded in 1998 in U.S.A, to develop a biometric Application Programming Interface that brings platform and device independence to application programmers and biometric service providers. The BioAPI Consortium is a group over 120 companies and organizations that have a common interest in promoting the growth of the biometric markets

Nitgen BioAPI is the Biometric Service Provider Module compatible with International Standard BioAPI

It not only maintains all the capabilities and merits of NITGEN SDK as it includes API technology and high level User Interface, but also enables software application developers to quickly and easily integrate a fingerprint authentication system into the application of their choice due to a perfect compatibility with BioAPI
