CX-D80 card printer has a high reliable and featured thermal retransfer-printing engine.

It’s ideal for single side or double side cards like membership cards, gift cards, on demand ID cards and for corporate and governmental ID card.

Is the ideal solution for Smart Cards or RFID cards, thanks to the use of retransfer technology which prints over the protection film instead of directly over the card. Furthermore, film protection minimizes card damages from its use.

CX-D80 card printer offers the possibility to include Bend Remedy option. This option corrects card bending once has been printed in single side, putting the card back into its original state.

SECURITY OPTIONS
The printer has a specific security function which consists in the protection of sent data for the card printing. Used ribbons are a perfect copy of printed data. CX-D80 card printer has an erase function of K panel, which erases all information remained from the card.

Furthermore, CX-D80 card printer includes IPSEC security protocol (Internet Protocol Security), a suite of protocols for IP communications which allows to manage the use of the printing by authenticating and/or encrypting each IP packet in a data stream. Also includes security protocols for the encoding.

The DNP CX-D80 provides with a locker to avoid to be stolen.

It includes UV printing option, visible only with ultraviolet light.
