Wanderers management is suitable to control people with memory disorders or illnesses like Alzheimer. They are under control, so they can feel safe and secure and don´t worry if they get lost.

Wanderers management are used in geriatrics and old people’s homes, senior centers or hospitals. Active RFID technology can be used to track and localize people at any time and any where.

Wanderers management system has been developed with active RFID readers SYRD245-1N which are connected to an Ethernet network ( also available RS-232, RS-485 and Wiegan connectivity ) and the events are sent in real time.

Every patient, as well as the staff, has attached an active tag which sends a signal periodically. So the system recognizes where the person is at any time, depending on the read signal and its power.

By means of antennas reach range can be configured, so you can control critical areas, next to the way out or control different places like rooms, corridors or canteens.

Software allows to track and to manage in real time patients, alarms, door’s control and any required solution. You can use Software Development Kit for programming, as well as online electronic boards to activate doors, alarms…

They can prevent babies or infant from being removed from a post natal ward without authorization. All exits from the safe area are monitored, so as soon as a tag comes near an exit, an alarm occurs showing the specific tag, the name of the infant and the location. As long as the person is wearing the tag, cannot be passed through a monitored exit undetected.
