Time&Attendance management through module Kimaldi KBio Offline

Employees’ work hour management developed by module Kimaldi KBio Offline with RS-232 and TCP / IP connectivity

Employees must place their finger on the biometric reader everytime they want to clock in and clock out. All the information, is sent to the management program that will calculate schedules and timetables, depending on how schedules have been configured previously.

With the help of fingerprint reader Nitgen Hamster, we are able to store as many fingerprints as we want for every employee in our data base. Afterwards, we will select which fingerprints will we sent to the module’s memory and just placing the finger on the sensor, employees are able to clock in and clock out.

These data can be captured from the management program as it has been configured, automatically at intervals fixed by the user, or manually everytime we start the application

Moreover, we are able to manage remunerations, possible incidences, doctor’s appointments, production control, productivity control, graphs…
