Description:

Kimaldi Kiwi is a RS-232 to Wi-Fi and ethernet converter specially designed for easily providing a robust and secure wireless connectivity to electronic devices with serial interface.

• Support Wi-Fi 802.11 b/g protocol
• Web server with 2MB memory flash to store web pages or configuration
• Wi-Fi security through WPA (PSK, TKIP) encryption

Optionally, available Kimaldi Kiwi Ethernet converter

Easy mechanical integration

• Reduced dimensions 60x62 mm
• The antenna is connected by a "pigtail" coaxial cable to the board, so the antenna can be mounted internally and externally
• The same dimmensions and hole position for fixing the converter Kiwi Ethernet and discontinued eCOV100 and eCOV110

Easy electronic integration

• You just need to connect the power supply and the serial port to get the benefit of wireless connection

Easy software integration

• It is set up a transparent connection between RS-232 port and TCP/IP port. Any special software for its operation is required
• Software included to emulate Wi-Fi port as virtual COM port
