RFID Encoding

RFID cards printing and personalization is complemented by reading and writing all the information stored on the proximity card. Evolis card printers offers RFID encoding options, both 13.56 MHz and 125 kHz.

By means of card printers with readers / encoders for proximity plastic cards, and the link with database it is able to personalize every card with a code stored on the RFID chip by the printing process. Evolis card printers are able in different encoding options both RFID HF (13.56 MHz) and RFID LF (125 kHz)

13.56 MHz readers and encoders for Evolis card printers:

125 kHz readers and encoders for Evolis card printers:

- Proximity reader / writer Kimaldi RDW125K

For all RFID enconding options, the device is placed inside the card printer with no need to add any external module, but a RS-232 connectivity is required between the card printer and the host.

Kimaldi Electronics integrates 125 kHz RFID encoding for Evolis card printers, so they turn into the only card printer with low frequency codification available in the market.
