ACCESS CONTROL AND TIME&ATTENDANCE CONTROL FOR EMPLOYEES
The solution presents a complete system which integrates three Basic modules for the correct access control and attendance control:
- Detection and register of fingerprint: employees arrive to work and register their first arrival to the company, along the day will register all necessary incidents. The system keeps all arrivals and leaves and makes an access control by calculating the time of each person.
- Making Queries: The system allows to make queries, extract reports, statistics and any other kind of query related with access control and time&attendance control.
- Finding persons: When it’s necessary to make a time&attendance control on any person you can consult the application which, by mean of a simple system, shown the employees’ absences, and when it is planned will incorporate to work.
ON-LINE SYSTEM FUNCTIONALITY AS A SERVER, BBDD, PC.
Access control technology is very flexible, so allows to be changed by the one who is most advisable to the end user, RFID access control, magnetic stripe, etc.
The attendance control device’s Server doesn’t need of big machinery; it’s enough with informatics equipment.
All system is controlled through a simple web application which allows to manage time&attendance control and access control, besides allows to view the access data, the fingerprint reader settings, reports…
