The laundry control system is specially designed for identification of items via a system (RFID).
The application, developed by one of our distributors, is particularly suitable for residential services, as it is a very effective tool for the control of clothing from various sources. This implies a strict monitoring, and clothing, as the source is varied and has to be monitored continuously.

RFID SYSTEM OPERATION CONTROL clothes in laundries
All items shall be provided with an RFID tag attached to the tissue using a heat applicator. These labels integrate an RFID tag with information that can be read by an RFID reader.
RFID tags are resistant to the processes of washing, drying and ironing.
The RFID reader, installed at the bottom of the work table, the garment radiofrequency detected at a distance of approximately 30 cm, so it is not necessary to show the label as in the traditional barcode.
The software, designed specifically for this application, controlled by a very simple interface all information.
Each garment is reading accesses the database, showing them on screen and send the location of the garment to a controller board located on the shelf.
The controller will be responsible for turning on a light in the cell where you must save the garment. Communication between the computer and the shelf is made using a radio frequency (RFID), simplifying the installation process and hardware location.
You can access the computer and various software screens via mouse or touch screen system.
