Chemist Customer loyalty cards

Loyalty cards management system included into the total management system of a chemist.

The solution has been developed by one of our distributors to carry out a customer loyalty program of a chemist, and put together with its total management system.

The chemist is managed through software which allows to control the sells done, the product stock, compounded preparations, etc. This software includes also a label system in order to make easy the stock control, the product traceability and also gives useful information to check its details.

All these functions are increased with the implementation of a printing loyalty cards system into the previous described system.

The solution consists in giving a loyalty customer card through which you can get points to be exchanged for gifts.
This loyalty customer card system allows to reinforce the chemist image, to know the sells statistics, to increase the sells, create easily promotions and special offers, to establish a communication system with customers (mail, e-mail, sms …)

CUSTOMERS LOYALTY AND POINT SYSTEM

The printing loyalty card system works in an easily way. Just, the customer who buys at the chemist has the possibility of having a loyalty card.

The card is printed at the moment with the customer data and a code bar. So, from this moment, each time the customer buys at the chemist will gain points. Once the points are enough, the customer can exchange it for gifts.

The loyalty customer cards system is included into the sells management, so each time a customer buys something he gets the corresponding points. Besides, it’s an online system based in Internet, so the customer can consult his points and can make the gift reservation from home.

This solution is characterized by its versatility and adaptability, so allows to apply it both into an individual chemist and also into a chain chemist stores, creating a very strong and dense customer loyalty net. Besides, the loyalty card can use many technologies depending on the customer needs: magnet stripe cards, proximity loyalty cards, smart cards… and also you can use biometrics for a highly security.

Using proximity cards can be very useful to those chemists who have all the system integrated in a unique loyalty card, so its high security allows to manage the products in a safety and not transferable way, and the point system. Besides, if it’s necessary, it can be integrated with other managing systems.
