Loyalty cards solutions are used more and more in several retail shops even though there’re some sectors where loyalty cards are already introduced, like in optician’s and perfumeries. In perfumeries sells has a seasonal factor, during the end of the year, spring, and important dates like mother’s day, many of the sells are done. These campaigns usually go with promotions. By using loyalty rewritable cards, messages are printed depending on the promotion, the season, campaigns… so customer takes a calendar of the next promotion printed on the card. It’s another commercial communication channel, less exploited and highly effective which encourages customer loyalty.
