One of the dealers of Kimaldi developed a high-speed charger DC 50kW for electric vehicle which conform to the protocol of the burden of CHAdeMO
The charger is ideal for users of vehicles, power companies and gas stations in the future if need of a quick charge, with loading times much shorter than other solutions.
The power section of the ultra-fast charger for electric vehicles consist of a high-frequency converter CA / CC with an efficiency of 95%, with a unique mechanical design, makes possible the use of a system of silent air cooling forced and a quick and easy installation.
An embedded PC and a user interface with a 5.7'' color screen allow the loading process easy and intuitive, giving all necessary information during the loading process.
ULTRAFAST CHARGING SYSTEM FOR ELECTRIC VEHICLES
The system is equipped with a contactless user identification (RFID), which detects a validation correct or incorrect, perform the procedures for billing and reporting usage statistics.
Optionally, the system can send messages, inform the user that charging is complete and include a brief report with the data of recharge.
The charger of electric vehicles can be connected to external networks to provide the following services:
- Integration into management systems and maintenance.
- Usage statistics, including user identification and electrical parameters.
- Remote information on the availability of charging stations.
- Integration with other equipment developed by our distributor.
- Remote information of the main parameters during the charging process.
- Firmware remote update.
- Management of vehicle fleets.
Kimaldi Electronics has experience in product development for stations of loan and bicycle rental in the identification of users and bicycles as well as in the control system and activation.
For the system user identification (RFID) our distributor used a Mifare Kimaldi KRD13M reader-writer of integration. In addition, the system is ready for use with the Omnikey Reader 5553 Multi ISO. While it is a very flexible and highly customizable to customer needs.
