Time&Attendance control and control mechanisms management of an office

Time&Attendance control and total management control of lights and alarm mechanism.

This solution has been developed by one of our distributors in order to have an access control and time&attendance control of the employees. Besides, together with the time&attendance control, there’s a total management control of lights and alarm mechanisms, controlled from the own employees’ computers and remote equipments.

The solution is carried out by installing 4 online time&attendance control and access control Kimaldi BioMax2 and 5 RFID Mifare proximity readers Kimaldi KRD13M.

Through these 4 online terminals of time&attendance control and access control 16 relays are got which will help to control the switch on/switch off of 10 lighting zones, the opening control of 5 doors and the alarm activate and/or deactivate. Besides, lights can be monitored in real time.

For time&attendance control and access control management and for the lighting and alarm control management a desktop multiuser application connected to a SQL Server data base has been developed.

Total system control can be done remotely from any location and it’s possible to know the state of installations all the time, and also deactivate alarm, open doors, etc. So it also allows detecting intrusion by video security.

TOTAL TIME&ATTENDANCE AND ACCESS CONTROL SYSTEM, LIGHTING AND ALARM

The introduction of a total time&attendance control system and lighting and alarm management needs 4 online time&attendance and access controls terminals Kimaldi BioMax2 and 5 RFID proximity Mifare readers Kimaldi KRD13M. But, also needs a software system to manage time&attendance control and access control, lighting and alarm.

This software allows in a centralized way and in real time controlling and managing different services and uses:

• Allows time&attendance control and access control of the employees to different office zones by using proximity cards (RFID). Manages different zones of the office allowing entrance to authorized employees to these zones.
• Switch on, switch off and know the lighting state of the office by the software application installed in employees’ computers.
• To open and to close doors from software application.
• Deactivate alarm when an authorized employee gets into the office.
• Define days and schedules in which will be possible to accede to installation and deactivate alarm.
• Define access groups.

By this software the user gets a secure and reliable time&attendance control and an access control, besides managing lighting and alarm terminals in a remotely and secure way.
