Large format card printer Rio Pro Xtendend for personalisation of oversized cards, accreditation and product labels. Ideal for printing identification cards for musical events or sports. Superior print quality. 

Description:

Printing features: 

• Color dye sublimation and monochrome thermal transfer.
• Printing Area:
  • One sided color: 86 x 54mm. / 86 x 50mm.
  • Double sided color: 110 x 54mm. / 110 x 50mm.
  • Monochrome: 140 x 54mm. / 140 x 50mm.
• Print speed: from 23 seconds per card printing color and 6 seconds for monochrome card printing.
• Holokote watermarks are available only on Magicard card printers and are the most economical choice for printing ID cards visual security. For maximum security options is advisable to use a custom design of the watermark. Xtended Pro Rio gives us the choice of 4 standard designs HoloKote and HoloKote Flex to choose from the printer driver. For a better security, the HoloKote Custom option lets you customize the watermark on an individual logo or security design.
• Adjustable feed up tray with capacity up to 100 large format and standard cards (86-140 x 54mm.). Xtended Feeder with capacity up to 70 extra large cards (140x54mm.)

Magicard ID. Software for editing and printing cards can be linked to database.

Warranty:

Card Printer Magicard Rio Pro Xtended provides UltraCoverPlus three years warranty.

UltraCoverPlus allows Magicard users a further development of accreditation under any circumstances, by providing:

• The free replacement of any defective print head, regardless of the cause of the fault.
• Eliminates downtime’s printer  period due to the Magicard printer loan in case a client printer has to be out of service.
• This warranty does not cover an additional cost.

Security options:

One of the competitive advantage of Magicard Rio pRo Xtended card printer is the fact of printing a water mark in the protective film during the print cycle of the card without extra holographic films. This advantage makes it very suitable for printing applications and personalization of secure identity cards on a valuable price.

HoloKote: 

The Magicard patent HoloKote with anti-counterfeiting eliminates any false IDs threats. HoloKote is a watermark with an anti-copy printed on the entire surface of the card. When you look at the card at an angle, the HoloKote watermark provides a visual authentication. There is no additional cost on the fact of printing HoloKote cards.

Custom HoloKote:

Custom HoloKote Flex: 

Fully customizable large watermark that is printed in the center of the card occupying the whole surface.
