Description:

CN6 is a family of read/write devices with SAM slot for a better information encryption. The readers are designed as a Plug & Play RFID reader with USB or RS-232, depending on model.

RFID readers are ideal for different read/write applications like programming and issuance of cards, personal identifications, cash cards, etc..

The family of CN6 readers allows the reader to use different modes of operation thanks to Near Field Communication (NFC), a wireless communication technology, short-range and high frequency that enables the exchange of data between devices less than 10cm.

It supports different ways in read/write ISO/IEC 18092 NFC

• Peer-to-Peer mode: from reader to reader
• Card emulation mode: from card to reader
• Card reader mode

Features:

• Mifare Plus, DesFire EV1 (DES/3DES, 3k3DES, AES).
• SAM slot built ISO7816 (T=0  T=1) for a better transmission security of encrypted data.
• Includes anti-collision system.
• Card selection system when more than one.
• Auto responder mode, broadcasts and reads the ID number permanently.
• Compact and robust design, small size, can be placed on metal surfaces.
• Easily upgradeable by downloading the online program.
• Firmware’s custom design to suit various requirements.
• Compatible with all Civintec high frequency existing product versions.
