ACCESS CONTROL SYSTEM AND BIOMETRIC TIME&ATTENDANCE CONTROL

Access control and Time&Attendance control solution has three basic characteristics:
1. Reliability:

• Biometric access gives total safety on fingerprint’s reading veracity.
• Makes the clock in track in real time.
• Keeps a frequency include of the labour absence.
• Gives total security in limit access zones.
• Makes attendance checks in real time.

2. Easy to use, through four simple steps:

• Employees’ register: The person in charge configures the solution by registering the employees, inserts the schedule and, if it’s necessary, points out the access must be controlled.

Once this steps are done the employees’ fingerprint can be registered.

• Fingerprint register: by means of a software assistant the employee’s fingerprint is registered.
• Time&Attendance Control: by means of that step the employee is identified and his time of arrival or leaving gets registered.

• • Placing the finger on the biometrical reader, your fingerprint gets is identified and the display shows it.
  • In any moment you can print punctuality reports or worked hours report or late report.

• Access Control: Identifies and verifies the employees’ permits and opens the restricted access gate to specific personnel or in specific hours.

3. Flexibility:

The solution is completely adaptable to the features and needs of each company, thanks to its three versions:

1. Time&Attendance Control under PC: specially developed for office automation environments. Doesn’t need a specific installation.
2. Time&Attendance Control: directed to companies which wants to make an attendance control for its personnel and in mixed environments (offices and warehouse with personnel).
3. Access and attendance control: developed for companies which need to make an access control to specific environments resides the time&attendance control, assigning different access privileges to specific zones.
