Access control and Time&Attendance solution for the employees of the headquarters of an important sports chain store.
More and more companies are join to biometric technology or RFID systems, through which can manage efficiently the time&attendance control of personnel.
This solution, carried out by one of our distributors, manage the access control and time&attendance control through a biometric fingerprint reader to have completely control and effective about personnel timetables, events and the rest of their movements.
For that purpose the BioMax2 device of access control and time&attendance control has been integrated in the work centre’s access door gates. The fingerprint sign in is done from PC through a digital fingerprint reader Hamster.
The solution is completed with 4 modules software: DcAdmin, DcMonitor, DcLozalizator and DcManaging. Both first are indispensable for the correct working of the application and its hardware. The other two are additional for the system information.
ACCESS CONTROL AND TIME&ATTENDANCE CONTROL AT WORK PLACE
The solution has the objective to have an online control of people who are inside the building, its signs and, depending on the sign event, to know where they are all the time, both inside as outside the building, and the reason of the event.
Through the managing modules the time control is carried out.

DcManaging Module: Allows extracting reports and real data of the worked hours, controlling the absenteeism, knowing the real worked hours, etc.
Through this module different reports can be extracted, like the event resume, incidence resume, time incidence and total worked hours.
- DcLozalizator Module: This module points directly to de input and output personnel’s database and it refresh periodically (15 seconds, or what we want). It’s very useful for the switchboard staff to know where the people asked at the phone are. Also can make people search or control in real time the number of people there’re at the company.
- DcAdmin Module: Indispensable module to register or delete personnel at the access control and time&attendance control solution. Register someone is made through a PC with a digital fingerprint reader Hamster with USB interface. Besides, allows registering visits for a limited time period, closing the register when the time has expired.
- DcMonitor Module: Activates the fingerprint devices and send the registers to the database in order to have access to the information from the previous modules.
Through these modules the solution of access control and time&attendance control to the work office is managed. Employees must sign always the event and the company can take an exact control of the real worked hours, so the localization of its personnel, if the situation needs.
This solution manages in a simply way the staff entrance and exits and the events of these movements, speeding up the people search and organising the company personnel. So it’s an access control and time&attendance control solution easy and reliable.
