Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR)
Kimaldi’s business policy promotes a set of actions to ensure that the activities carried out have a positive impact on local and global society.
In this sense, at Kimaldi we are committed to orienting our internal methods and processes towards sustainable management with a positive impact on all aspects, both at the level of workers and the company, as well as socially.
To this end, Kimaldi orients its business management towards ethical values, through the actions it carries out with the different agents involved in the commercial transactions it carries out.
- Commitment to the channel. In Kimaldi we respect the commitment with the distribution channel and we never sell to the final customer. With this action we try to strengthen the bonds of trust with the distributor and create a solid network of teamwork and benefit for all.
- Fair competition. Kimaldi is committed to healthy and ethical competition, so we offer promotions of our products within the rules of the market and based on the principles of transparency and open communication and dialogue.
- Flexible working hours and adaptation to the worker. We are committed to a company based on people with a common goal, the Kimaldi project. To achieve this, we must all feel part of this project. At Kimaldi we try to adapt to the needs of each person, establishing a direct relationship between personal and professional wellbeing.
As a complement to an ethical and responsible policy towards local and global society, Kimaldi is involved in social action by contributing a certain amount of money to different non-governmental organisations, such as Médecins Sans Frontières, with whom Kimaldi has been collaborating for some time.
With all these actions, Kimaldi is moving towards responsible, ethical and socially committed management, without losing sight of the economic management and profitability of the company. Two concepts that go hand in hand and make up a vision adapted to our society and its demands.
