T&A and Access Software

Kora is an employees Time and Attendance Software. It keeps track of the Employees clocking in and clocking out to control their Daily Workday and Attendance. Kora Software allows you to check and manage:

• Real Working Time.
• Attendance Time.
• Overtime.

You can easily compare each employee’s estimated and actual clocking in hours, so you can find any clocking errors in a very short amount of time. It is an accurate and convenient system both for the employees and for the person in charge of time control management. You can also use Kora to manage:

• Break Times.
• Lunch breaks.
• Any Extraordinary Leave during each employee’s workday.

Furthermore, you can create up to 16 customized events according to the needs of your company.

User Groups Management

You can create Groups of Users and perform Group Operations. Hence, you can save time by doing one single operation for the whole group, and you can avoid clocking in errors. Some examples of groups operations:

• Change Working Hours for a whole group of employees.
• Mark Local Public Holidays

Visitor Management

Along with tracking the employees T&A, Kora can also be used as a Visitors Accesss Control. From Kora platform, you can check any access in or out of the building at the requested time spans you choose, which will help you to increase security.

Software Management and Software Administration

Assign one or more Administrators and share T&A Management according to your Company’s needs. From Kora you can register and deregister users, accept and reject employee incidents, set up the work calendar, assign users to groups and set up the installed terminals.

The software allows you to create a workday shift even if that compresses more than a single day period.
For example, the working shifts for Health or Emergency workers can be of 24 hours. Or else when in a company they work through the night, night shifts can compress two different days since the start of the shift may begin in the evening and then it ends by the next morning.

Employee Portal

Kora helps saving time to the personnel manager. Registration is an automatic process. Users sign in through those terminals at the access points. Employees have access to the software with a user profile and through the portal they can manage their personal information and make requests to modify workday signing in and out. All requests made by employees must later on be validated by the administrator.

Kimaldi Kapri and Kimaldi Kapri Bio are the Kimaldi Access Control and T&A Biometric Terminals which are supported by Kora.

Kora also supports Suprema’s BioLite N2 and FaceStation F2 terminals.

The Software is compatible with Hanvon FaceGo F110, FaceGo F710X and FaceGo F910 Facial Recognition Devices. These three biometric terminals are available bundled with Kora.
