Biometric payment offers a speedier checkout and the chance to integrate CRM to offer a personalized service. Moreover, it enhances security, easiness and comfort.
This application enables to manage payment services by biometric technology. It can be integrated easily to any management system for restaurants, catering companies, canteens or any other place where a payment system is required.
The software application is started automatically after computer initiation and remain running during all the time as a windows service in taskbar. Just placing the finger on the icon, the software displays the menu and different functionalities assigned to the user registered.
This payment system works as electronic purse (to pay in cash, by ticket or credit card). Customers are identified by a fingerprint reader connected to the PoS computer.
The software is able to manage three different kind of users:
ADMINISTRATOR: the person in charge to manage the biometric payment application:
– Users management ( enrollment, modifications, fingerprints register…)
– Customer credit management ( deposits, charges in electronic purse, cancellations…)
– Management for financial operations
WAITER: they are able to charge to the registered customers. The customer will accept the amount by scanning fingerprint and when it’s validated the amount is discounted from the customer’s credit
CUSTOMER: if a customer is interested in paying by this method, must be enrolled previously. When the customer is enrolled can enjoy all the advantages from this biometric payment solution.
