Facial biometric recognition for Access Control and Time&Attendance control for students, teachers and staff in schools.
This solution has been developed by one of our distributors and wants to control the access to a school, both for students as for teachers and staff.
In order to take an efficient access control and time&attendance control two face recognition terminals have been installed at the entrance of a school. Students and teachers are identified by the biometric terminal before enter to the school.
Through face biometric identification the school can take control of the students and teachers have been missing of class or they are late.
This solution uses FaceGo face biometric terminal, which it has many advantages:

It is a software solution which allows:
- Authenticate authorized users.
- Register authentication tries, both correct and failed ones.
- Register the use of special privileges of the system.
- Emit alarm signs when a not authorized person wants to accede.
Thanks to this functions centre headship can manage the Access and Time&Attendance control of the students and teachers:
- Manage students and teachers’ entrance/exit schedules
- Have information about time, hour, person who has entered/exit school
- Managing and communication with facial recognition terminal
- To locate teacher and students which has not been identified (they do not have arrived to the school) by the use of a visualization screen of the persons that are late.
- Week summary, e-mailed to each tutor course or headship, with a list of persons who have been missing of class or have been late.
Control access and time&attendance control solution by using FaceGo face recognition terminal is developed on Windows XP or more Operative System, and it is supported by a MySQL data base, which is installed in the face biometric terminal or in a server.
The face recognition terminal is the ideal solution for the access and time&attendance control to any work centre, furthermore it is very useful in centres where there are a large number of persons which need to be identified by using face biometrics in a fast, hygienic and no error way.
