• Multiple identification options: The X-Station 2 terminal allows identification via RFID cards, fingerprints, QR codes through its integrated camera or the Mobile Access application from a mobile phone.
• Intuitive usability and user experience: It features a 4” IPS touchscreen, allowing quick and intuitive access to the terminal’s functions. The interface can be customized to match each company’s branding.
• Designed for easy installation and management: the terminal is easy to install thanks to PoE, and also incorporates interfaces such as Wiegand, RS-485, TTL and relay inputs.
  Its IP65 certification, dustproof and water-resistant, makes it suitable for outdoor QR code access control.
• Memory capacity: X-Station 2 integrates 16 GB Flash and 1 GB RAM, allowing storage of up to 500,000 users, 5 million text records and 50,000 image records.
• RFID card compatibility: It is compatible with multiple low and high frequency RFID technologies (125 kHz and 13.56 MHz), including EM, MiFare, MiFare Plus, iCLASS, DESFire and FeliCa.
• Security and data protection: the terminal incorporates a secure boot system to prevent attacks and manipulation.
  Furthermore, by supporting OSDP, it encrypts bidirectional communication over RS-485. The integrated camera also allows for the generation of image logs to enhance security.
• Fingerprint recognition: The X-Station 2 offers a performance of up to 5,000 matches per second and features a powerful CPU, a MINEX-certified algorithm, Live Finger Detection, and encryption of fingerprint templates* and data packets.

  *The fingerprint module is only available on the XS2-ODPB and XS2-OAPB models.

Configuration

In access control installations with security implications, it is recommended to use a module with a separate relay (Secure I/O 2, DM-20, Corestation) to prevent possible tampering.
