Multiple Identification Options Terminal
X-Station 2 allows identification by QR Code, RFID Cards and Fingerprints.
You can also use the Mobile Access App to identify yourself with your Mobile Phone as a credential and save the need for cards.
Fingerprint recognition
X-Station 2 enables fingerprint identification with high performance (5,000 match/second). It features a powerful CPU, an algorithm certified by MINEX, Live Finger Detection, a fingerprint template and encryption of data packets as well.
* The fingerprint module is only available on XS2-ODPB and XS2-OAPB models.
Usability and Intuitive User Experience
4” Touch Screen for quick and easy access to terminal functions. It can be customised.
Designed for easy Installation
Installation is very easy as the terminal has PoE. There are other available interfaces such as Wiegand and RS-485.
X-Station 2 is IP65 protected, dust-tight and waterproof. It is suitable for outdoor QR Code Access Control.
Increased Memory Capacity
X-Station 2 has a 16 GB Flash memory and 1 GB RAM that can store up to 500,000 users, 5 million text logs and 50,000 image logs.
RFID Card Support
The terminal works with various types of RFID cards such as EM, MiFare, MiFare Plus, iCLASS, DESFire and FeliCa. These work with both low and high frequency, i.e. 125 kHz and 13.56 MHz.
Security and Data Protection
A secure boot process protects X-Station 2 against attacks and data leaks. The terminal encrypts bi-directional RS-485 communication by supporting an Open Supervised Device Protocol (OSDP). Moreover, X-Station 2 can also capture image logs with the built-in camera to offer enhanced security.
Configuration
In access control installations with security requirements, it is recommended to use a module with a separate relay (Secure I/O, DM-20, Corestation) to avoid possible manipulations.
